Real Estate Staging

      The importance of staging is often overlooked when trying to sell a home, however, having a properly staged home can be the difference of selling your home quickly or having it on the market for months!  The primary reason I strongly recommend hiring a 3rd party professional to stage your home, who has experience in real estate staging, is to bring in a non-bias pair of eyes that does not have any emotional connection to the home or the objects within the home.  As I stage a home for sale I look past what the needs and desires the home has offered the current owners.  I use what is available to present a home in a way that is most appealing to the demographic looking for similar homes in the market.  Using basic design principles and research on the demographics and comparable homes for sale, I am able to make recommendations to place your home in the best possible position in the market.  

      This home is currently on the market, but not for long.  After only 3 days on the market the owners are in negotiations with an interested buyer.
